Make CX a Strategic Priority
Customer Experience is Everything
Elizabeth delivered some of the best NPS scores in the industry for TriNet by bringing her consulting background to the table.
By focusing on people, process, technology, data and what’s possible, Elizabeth and her team created a customer experience function that stood the test of time, responded to the COVID-19 pandemic and met emerging customer needs.
Elizabeth has been on panels, podcasts, and served as the keynote speaker at VA Tech's ISE Senior Symposium over the past 15 years and helped organizations realize that customer experience is more than an operational function, it’s the lifeblood of your organization. She delivers insightful presentations on making CX more effective and efficient by inspiring teams to apply the 'secret sauce' that energizes them to delight customers.
Change Management Doesn’t Have to be Scary
- New technology makes everyone shudder.
- Will AI take my job? Will this change hurt my performance?
- Will my team fail to adopt the tools?
There’s a lot at stake when rolling out a new solution—budgets, timelines, change orders, and unexpected challenges. Technology implementations and changes come with complexities, but with the right approach, success is achievable.
Elizabeth has led organizations resistant to change toward successful transformations by making change management an approachable and team-building process. Her Control Tower Model for change management redefines how organizations navigate tech releases and crisis situations.
She offers keynote presentations on change management best practices and facilitates workshops to help teams develop their own Control Tower Model, making change management an integral part of their success formula.

Build a Following of Rising Stars
"My favorite part of leadership is watching others rise. It’s why I’ve spent the better part of my career mentoring others to take my reigns. I love to build and scale, but I don’t want to hold others back, so I train myself out of a job. I can help you spot the up-and-comers and show you how to help them rise.
I’ve also been advising the Grado Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Virginia Tech since 2019 and have some keen ideas on what the future of the data science and engineering profession and industry looks like. As advisory board chair, I give the faculty an industry view of what tomorrow’s data leaders need to focus on. It’s thrilling to bring up the next generation."
Meet Elizabeth
Elizabeth Dominicci-Greer is a builder — of teams, strategies, and solutions that help businesses thrive. With 15+ years of experience in scaling operations and elevating customer success, she’s all about connecting people, processes, data, and technology.
Starting her career in industrial and systems engineering, Elizabeth quickly realized her passion for solving people-centered problems. After consulting at Accenture, she founded Innovatively Organized, a Seattle-based productivity firm where she partnered with companies like Microsoft and Starbucks and multiple startups to streamline operations and launch products.
Elizabeth next served as COO of Savor Seattle, redefining operations and optimizing resources before joining Insperity, where she drove client retention and operational success. She remains an executive advisor to the company’s founder today.
When she relocated to Washington, D.C., Elizabeth joined Insperity to help clients optimize their HR functions and improve operational efficiency. She expanded customer retention over 60% by fostering client relationships, delivering significant business growth.
Elizabeth was recruited to TriNet, a payroll, benefits, and HR services provider for small and medium-sized businesses, in 2017 and held key leadership positions over the next seven years. She spearheaded the development of a data science function that created predictive models to proactively address customer needs, reducing risks and costs. She also implemented a workforce and quality management platform that shifted the organization to a demand-planning staffing model, cutting training times in half.
After realigning roles and introducing cloud technologies, Elizabeth reduced the cost to serve by seven figures. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she led the company's transition to permanent remote staffing and introduced nearshoring options to meet customer language and time zone needs. Her focus on customers, process improvement, and digital innovation resulted in unprecedented Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and significant cost savings.
Now, Elizabeth is helping grow EPHY, an AI-driven SaaS platform for HR outsourcing. She’s also mentoring future leaders through her board roles at VA Tech and the University of Tennessee, and as a founding member of Chief. Based in Nashville, she combines her engineering roots, leadership expertise, and passion for building to make a lasting impact.
